This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Printohead through https://printohead.online/ are prepared, shipped, and delivered. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Order Handling & Processing

  • Orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • Processing time refers only to order preparation and does not include delivery transit time

Printohead may place an order on hold for verification or security checks if required.

2. Delivery Coverage

At this time, Printohead ships products within the United States only. Shipping availability may vary based on product type or destination.

We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

3. Shipping Providers & Methods

Shipping services are selected based on order size, destination, and logistics availability. Available shipping options and estimated delivery timelines are shown during checkout.

Carrier selection is at Printohead’s discretion unless otherwise stated.

4. Estimated Transit Time

  • Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed

Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or external events are outside our control.

5. Shipping Fees & Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout
  • Any applicable fees or taxes are displayed before order confirmation

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout. Printohead is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders returned because delivery could not be completed

Additional charges may apply if reshipment is required.

8. Delivery Issues, Loss, or Damage

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected arrival
  • Provide supporting documentation such as photos when applicable

We will assist with carrier claims but cannot guarantee outcomes once the shipment is in carrier custody.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders refused at delivery or marked undeliverable may be returned to us. Any associated return or handling fees may be deducted from a refund, if issued.

10. Transfer of Responsibility

Responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, except where restricted by law.

Printohead may revise this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
